Our Commitment At Precious Products by Leanne, your satisfaction matters. Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized on demand, we have specific guidelines around returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final on Personalized Items Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Errors in personalization details submitted by the customer (name, spelling, etc.)
Please double-check all personalization details and sizing before completing your purchase.
When We Will Make It Right We will offer a free replacement or full refund if your item:
- Arrives damaged or defective
- Has a print quality issue (fading, misalignment, etc.)
- Is the wrong item or wrong size due to our error
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
Refund Process Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacement orders are submitted promptly at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
